HOPPS Ghost Hunters

Through special permission I have arranged for a field trip to a cemetery in Williamsport for the evening of Saturday, 7 March at 7:00 pm.  I can't mention the name of the cemetery on here, but if you email me I can give you directions and more specifics.

I've invited all the members from this site, and sent a few emails out to others I have contact with who are not members.  We will probably need to limit our group size to about 16 at the most, so first come, first allocated a spot.

Bring your cameras, recorders and whatever else you think you'll need.  I will be bringing my field equipment only, none of the quad or wireless camera systems.  This will be a great opportunity to see a K-2 meter, various EMF meters, night vision, and a few other tools I have if you've never worked with them before.  If you need instruction on their use, or suggestions on what to buy, I can assist you that night as well if you ask.  I believe Tri-County Paranormal, WPI, and a member from PILC will be there, so you can meet some of the local group leaders as well. 

I plan on being out of the cemetery by 1:00 am at the latest, due to the cold, possible rain, and just out of respect that we don't wear out our welcome. 

Dress warmly and prepare for occasional rain showers, as they're predicted at this point.

Just a little more info on meeting up. 

We'll meet at 7:00 pm at the Sheetz gas station on Maynard St, then go from there if you don't know how to get there already.  Parking is limited to some extent, and I have been directed where we are to park --out of the way.  We can pool from Sheetz to the site if we end up with too many cars.  We don't want unnecessary attention by having 50 vehicles there, so we'll play it by ear from Sheetz.

OLD INVESTIGATION, NEW INFORMATION:  Just a pat on our own backs. So far, ours was the only outing ever to be approved by the Cemetery Staff.......everyone else has been trespassing before and since we went.  So, if you see something on another website, be aware, they probably did not get permission ( a very big no, no)  --according to the staff members I worked with to get us in.  Again, we will never trespass, so kudos for us!
